A small gathering of people having holy conversation is the heart of the Methodist way. It was from these small groups, John Wesley called “Bands”, that Methodism was born and through which the Methodist way of living out our faith continues to flourish. Discover a depth to faith you never knew possible by joining a Band today.

We want all children to understand God’s in tangible and transformational ways. Through various events, ministries, and worship experiences we teach children about God and offer them opportunities to respond to God’s love.

Men’s Ministry is a gathering of men doing man-stuff and making man-friends. Things we WILL do: Eat meat, Drive pick-up trucks, Talk about NASCAR/fishing/football/power tools, Play golf, Eat meat. Things we WON’T do: Take a group knitting class, Compare and contrast the roles of Lady Catherine de Bourgh and Mrs. Bennet in Jane Austin’s Pride and Prejudice, Discuss the benefits of color-fast materials, Bake anything, or Ask if these pants make us look fat.

Our women gather in several different venues, engaging God and each other in many varied ways. We gather for study, devotion, outreach and fellowship.

The 2011 season has come to an end but the 2012 promises more great games, great players, and great fun. Bring a church bulletin to any Outer Banks Daredevils baseball team’s home game played on a Tuesday night and receive FREE ADMISSION to the game. Go and support our local sports franchise!

The co-ed recreational softball league runs from April-August.
